NOT GOING TO LIE,
I am kind of homesick right now. A lot of my friends went back home for their spring breaks and I stayed back in Seattle. That did not really bother me though. I have had a lovely break thus far and have kept pretty busy despite there not being many people around. I do not even miss southern California per se; I just miss people. I miss that familiarity of friends back home. I will be missing...

AN ON-GOING DEBATE.
A few months into autumn quarter, one of my friends pointed out that I looked like “that angry coffee girl from Scott Pilgrim.” When I finally saw the movie, I could not see the resemblance. I mean, I guess I am bitchy like Julie is. I could see that. Then I saw an actual photograph of the actress, Aubrey Plaza. I wish, guys.

CLASSICAL MUSIC BINGE.
I get in the mood for it when I have a ton of work to do. It helps me feel productive. Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1 in G Major has been one of my favorites as of late. If cello in orchestra would not have been so boring, I probably would have switched from violin. The sound is just so much richer.

They have quite a bit of Slavic and Arabic foods... I bought so much legit Naan loaves and strudel-topped bakery goods. Om nom.
